The Playa Arco is a beautiful hidden beach located at short distance from Uvita Beach and only , 22 km to the south of Dominical Beach, in the Osa Canton of Puntarenas province, in Costa Rica.

This beach of crystalline greenish blue waters and moderate swell is a very important tourist destination that belongs to the Marino Ballena National Park. It has the shape of an arch, from which it takes its name.

The most popular attractions in this beach are the astonishing waterfalls facing the sea caused by the presence of cliffs which are hundreds of meters high.

Enjoy a nice day in this agreeable beach with an incomparable scenic beauty, where you can delight in several activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming or kayaking, as well as participate in the turtle preservation project, the ASVO project.

The access to Arco Beach is limited; you can only go on foot from the neighboring beaches Uvita and Ballena, for there is no access from the coastal road.
