The Cartago province is one of the seven Costa Rican counties, as well as one of the most attractive ones in the inland area. It stands out for its incredible natural parks, whose names come from two striking volcanoes: the national parks of Volcán Irazú and Volcán de Turrialba, in addition to the Tapantí-Macizo de la Muerte National Park. Thus, you will be able to find out about the exotic fauna living there, as long as you penetrate into its thick and rich vegetation.
