Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Special Places Flamingo, 50308 Guanacaste. Please inform Villa Selmena in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All deposits are nonrefundable. If medical reasons or Special emergencies prevent guest(s) from travelling, money on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guests to book a future date. Future rentals may or may not be the same value depending on availlability and season. Check-in's after 6:00 PM will have an extra charge of $20 USD.
