Please note that maid service is offered every 3 days. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required for local guests to secure reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide bank transfer instructions. In an effort to keep our rates as affordable as possible, we request payment in cash (US$ or local Colones) There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures unless prior arrangements has been made. Reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival must be secured by 25% of the price total directly after booking. This is not refundable in case of cancellation. In accordance with our general policy cancellations made later than 14 days before arrival will be charged with additional 25%.
