Additional information:

A damage deposit of USD 700 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All deposits are nonrefundable. If medical reasons or Special emergencies prevent guest(s) from travelling, money on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guests to book a future date. Future rentals may or may not be the same value depending on availlability and season. Check-in's after 6:00 PM will have an extra charge of $20 USD.
